The CZ600IP is a high-performance un-cooled LWIR thermal camera engineered to deliver professional-grade imaging and system integration. The UHF-band TRX module features transmit diversity, allowing selection between two transmit ports and providing an output power of at least 1 W. It includes a gain control function for transmission and an internal local oscillator for IF-to-UHF upconversion. Transmit functions also include ALC (Automatic Level Control) and over-temperature protection. On the receive side, the module selects one of two input channels and performs downconversion. It supports AGC (Automatic Gain Control) with a response time of 80 µs, enabling real-time gain adjustment based on input signal level. The dynamic range of the receive input spans from -100 dBm to -20 dBm, and the noise figure is 5.0 dB or less. Both transmit and receive paths include built-in path self-test functions.

The static-dynamic mixer vipro-DUOMIX is perfectly suited for compressible, two-component materials – with very different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios and high-pressure sensitivity. The extended version with optimized mixing blocks for low-viscosity, and high-viscosity materials on either side brings a further advantage: It is ideally suited for materials that are difficult to mix – with different or identical viscosities. A modular design with five different dispenser sizes per side allows complete flexibility. And a wide range of mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1. The vipro-DUOMIX can be used for complex two-component applications in diverse industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or electronics. Irrelevant of whether it is for a dot dispensing, a bead application or for a potting application. Particularly in the production of aircrafts the static-dynamic mixer is used for honeycomb potting or for edge sealing. Special nozzles with adjustable bead width are available for this purpose. A wide range of two-component materials based on e.g., polyether, epoxy resin, silicone or polyurethane can be dispensed in all areas of application. Due to the parallel alignment of the dispensers, and due to a weight-optimized design, the vipro-DUOMIX is very compact – ideal for assembly in robotic cells or for automated applications.

The Nebula connector employs the renowned Hypertac hyperboloid contacts as the bedrock of its high reliability providing immunity to shock and vibration fretting and over 100,000 mating cycles. These features combine with current carrying capacity up to 1.5 Amps per contact and low insertion / extraction forces to provide significantly enhanced quality and reliability performance compared with other more commodity connector solutions. Available for direct mounting to PCB, the Nebula Series supports independent function for all its 22 contacts. It also offers optional quarter-turn locking hardware for faster connector securing and to prevent unintentional separation.

PELICAN-D LW is a 640x512 elements, 15μm pitch, Type-2 SuperLattice (T2SL) technology based 2D Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) digital IDCA. The new ROIC outputs digital signal, similarly to SCD’s previous digital detectors: Sebastian-320, Sebastian-480, Sebastian-640, Pelican-D, Hercules, and Blackbird. Pelican-D LW is available in the same configurations as the standard (MW) Pelican-D, with a large variety of cold shield apertures and cooler types. The proximity board provides the FPA timing and sensitive power supplies. Camera-Link interface highly simplifies the integration of the detector to the system.

The SCFAN-CTRL-10U is an internal fan control module installed inside the chassis to provide advanced cooling control and system thermal management. It integrates with FAN trays and operates through Kontron’s Power Supply Control Module (PSCM), supporting up to two 12V @ 3.5A fans and seven 12V @ 2.5A fans. This module ensures stable cooling performance and system reliability for high-density VPX-based embedded systems. It is deployed in the M-SAM-II multi-function radar system, where it provides precise and efficient cooling control for mission-critical radar operations.
