Hermetic connectors are a special class of sealed Mil /Aero interconnect that incorporates glass-to-metal or other highly-engineered sealing technology. Hermetic seal connectors are specified for applications as divergent as submarines and orbiting satellites. They are deployed to resist moisture ingress in underground applications and to withstand pressure differentials in vacuum chambers, laboratory equipment and commercial and military aircraft. The Ku-band Amplifier Module is a low-power amplifier designed to amplify the LO (Local Oscillator) frequency in the Ku-band. It provides a gain of at least 17 dB and an output level of 13 dBm or higher. The module includes a built-in monitoring function for output signal detection.
