The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. The first step toward armed helicopters The Bomb Rack Unit (BRU) is a device installed on a helicopter’s Stub-wing to mount various armaments such as rocket launchers and air-to-ground missiles, and it consists of a Pylon Unit and a Bomb Rack Unit. CTLA’s Bomb Rack Unit is equipped with a Boresight function that allows vertical (up/down) and horizontal (left/right) angle adjustments, and a solenoid-actuated free-fall weapon release (Jettison) method is applied. CTLA’s Bomb Rack Unit has passed the system tests for the Light Armed Helicopter (LAH) and received suitability certification, and it is currently in mass production.

The L Series comes with frames in various lengths to accommodate a variety of module combinations. The frames range from a basic frame with just 2 side rails and 2 end caps, to more complex versions with jackscrews, backshells, cable clamps, etc.
