PBS TJ150 turbojet engine features a compact design and excellent thrust-to-weight ratio. Built-in starter-generator provides reliable starting and power to the deck network. The SCVPX-SSGM (Synchronous Signal Generation Module) generates synchronization signals to coordinate the operation and timing of various radar system components. It can generate synchronization signals using an internal clock, receive an external clock, or regenerate synchronization signals from external sources to maintain precise timing cycles. A device driver program is required for configuration and operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system, providing precise timing synchronization across mission-critical subsystems.

Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.

This system product is a product that directly supplies and heats lubricant oil for smooth operation of the main engine cylinder’s metallic and mechanical movement. Lubricator, a product that supplies lubrication directly to the main engine cylinder liner, can control injection timing and consumption using an electronic control method that responds to the movement of the main engine piston. The alpha lubricator system is based on an algorithm controlling the cylinder oil dosage proportionally to the sulphur content in the fuel and, fuel consumption on particular load of engine. Minimum cylinder oil dosage is required to provide an adequate oil film and detergency properties. Everllence and WIN GD engines are currently applying the second generation Lubricator type, the Everllence type is Mk-I and the WIN GD type is Mk-ε (Epsilon).
