The DLR exhibit "Maritime Situation Image" at the Seoul ADEX 2025 uses a VR presentation to illustrate how the use of maritime situation images can be utilised for the protection of maritime infrastructures. Three subject areas are presented and explained: the ‘SeaCat’ autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) concept on object detection in the underwater area, the topic muon tomography, i.e. the use of cosmic radiation (muons) for the tomographic examination of objects such as freight containers, and Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) on the detection of ships and submerged objects using fibre optic cables on the seabed.

The aviation industry was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic and is only now beginning to recover. We convened industry leaders from Honeywell Aerospace and asked what carriers can expect in the short-to-midterm as they emerge from the downturn.

The SDT F 16 Combat Training Pod is mounted on F-16 and similar air platforms in an external pod, and ensures efficiency in exercises and in the provision of air-to-air and air-to-ground tactics training to pilots. SDT F - 16 Combat Training Pod features advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground combat training capabilities, such as real-time autonomous position generation, weapon simulation and real-time hit/miss notification, thanks to its long-range and high-speed RF data link and integrated processors. The system has mission planning, live monitoring, debriefing and analysis/evaluation features. The SDT F 16 Combat Training Pod enables training in real flight conditions and in multi-threat/target environments. Its high-speed data link and modular design mean that the System is also a Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training infrastructure.

For electrical and electronic signal connections inside and outside the hermetic equipment, it reliably protects the device from extreme temperature/humidity changes, vibration and physical/chemical effects, and transmits signals and currents without loss. These connectors use special glass or ceramic as insulation and are used in furnaces, power breakers, submarines, gas control systems, transformer safety devices, etc. Key features of closed connectors: It completely blocks the interior from the outside environment to keep it vacuumed or pressurized. Tactical Mobile Anti Drone Rifle system offers directional and Omni-directional solutions (selected by the operator) for pilot-controlled or autonomous GNSS-guided (waypoint) drone threats. The field proven ergonomic, modular and light-weight solution of the legacy RF Jammer system is customized for drone threats within this system. The scope on the rifle is used to aim to the threat and neutralize it with directional antenna system. For multiple drone threats or area protection, Omni-directional antenna system is used.
