RFcore has been innovating MMIC solutions for phased array system pursuing more ease of use, higher performance, higher level of integration as well as lower cost. The SCXMC-SFPDP is a high-speed optical communication card that operates through the XMC interface of the SBC. It is designed to transmit and receive large volumes of data between the SBC and other devices in real time. Unlike Ethernet, which can be difficult to synchronize, the SCXMC-SFPDP uses optical communication with synchronization signals, enabling precise and high-speed data transfer. It offers low response latency (<40 µs) and supports four transmit/receive channels at 3.125 Gbps per channel. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system to ensure reliable real-time data transmission between mission-critical subsystems.

Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.

DS Aether CT provides various industrial Gas Tube Trailers such as Helium (He), Hydrogen (H2), Neon (Ne), Nitrogen (N2) and Argon (Ar), as well as CNG. The working pressure is set to national requirements or customer's demands such as 166 bar, 200 bar, or 250 bar. The color of the jumbo tubes and skid frames follows ISO color codes, or the designations of customers.

With a peak torque of >200Nm / 1770 lbf-in and a rated torque of 80Nm / 708 lbf-in, the fully redundant DA 58-D is the strongest, electromechanical, fully integrated (actuator control electronics, position sensing, motor and drivetrain in one housing) actuator in the market. Besides the well-proven redundant RS 485 interface, the DA 58-D also features a redundant CAN bus interface. The DA 58-D has been developed for applications with the highest reliability demands. The redundant – two channel – design of the actuator allows continuous operation even if one of the two channels has failed. All major components such as the electric motors, control and communication electronics, and power supply are available twice (redundant). The actuator features a triple-redundant position sensor (2 out of 3 voting). Additionally there are several sensors integrated to provide diagnostic information such as current consumption, supply voltage levels and temperature readings. All major components of the actuator are continuously diagnosed by the microcontrollers of the actuator and its health status can be read via the redundant RS485 / CAN interface.
