The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. The Integrated Weather Observation System (IWOS®) is the compact, wireless, rugged weather station that can be customized to any customers’ specific needs. This system can replace legacy weather stations that require hardline power or extensive infrastructure for permanent installation. It integrates up to eight environmental sensing modules with optional satellite communication in a package that fits into a single case and weighs less than 25 lb. In addition to its portability, performance, and professional-grade construction, the modular design of the IWOS lends itself to higher accuracy, higher availability, and a lower lifecycle cost thanks to its easily replaceable and serviceable modules.

Perform true 4D imaging with Dynamic CT – High temporal resolution, continuous and uninterrupted scanning, and specialized 4D software tools bring synchrotron-like capabilities to the lab. Implement 3D in situ experiments – continuous sample rotation and scanning enable uninterrupted in situ experiments. Dedicated “no-cable-wrap” interfaces simplify experiment set-up. Accommodate a broad range of samples – UniTOM HR’s high power source (50W), multiple detector options (up to 3) and heavy load stage (45 kg) accommodates samples up to 500 mm diameter X 700 mm high. Maximize system utilization and throughput – A fast frame rate detector and a high flux x-ray source combine for high temporal resolution tomography giving you the ability to scan more samples and accommodate more users.

STIM300 is a small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit. It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range. STIM300 is a cost-effective ITAR free solution for systems that only had FOGs as an alternative when reaching for the performance level of that STIM300 can offer. Each axis is factory calibrated for bias, sensitivity and compensated for temperature effects to provide high-accuracy measurements. The unit runs off a single +5V supply and communicates via a RS422 interface. The use of a 32-bit RISC ARM microcontroller provides flexibility in the configuration, like choice of output unit, sampling frequency, LP filter -3dB frequency and RS422 bit-rate and protocol parameters. For more advanced users, STIM277H may be put in Service Mode. In this mode all the configuration parameters can be temporarily or permanently changed by overwriting the current settings in the flash memory. Service Mode also provides the ability to perform single measurements, perform diagnostics and obtain a higher detail in the status byte.
