The KX2-2046 is an X-band high-power MMIC amplifier fabricated on the GaN-on-SiC process. It operates from 8.0 – 10.5 GHz and typically provides 20W saturated output power with power-added efficiency of 46%. The KX2-2046 can support military and commercial radar systems. It is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both RF input and output ports. The KX2-2046 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer. The X-band LNB is a satellite ground transport terminal that includes a transmission rejection filter and performs downconversion of X-band signals to IF using an internal reference frequency. It features dustproof, moisture-proof, and waterproof protection, along with self-diagnostic functions such as a lock alarm. The unit provides a total gain of over 60 dB and supports a wide bandwidth of 500 MHz. Its frequency stability is maintained within 0.31 ppm.

The R10s is a reconnaissance and surveillance drone capable of conducting up to two hours of mission flight, transmitting real-time information such as target location and scale to the ground control system. Based on the company’s innovative vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platform “Bluebird,” the R10s is equipped with EO/IR optical sensors and a laser range finder for advanced target detection. Upon receiving mission orders, the R10s takes off vertically, transitions to fixed-wing flight, and proceeds to the designated area. Its onboard cameras and sensors identify and track targets, relaying precise coordinates to the ground control system.
