Temperature Calibrated Pressure Sensors The Air Data Unit features very high accuracy absolute and differential pressure sensors. These are factory calibrated over a wide temperature range to further increase measurement accuracy and provide the best air data possible through varying conditions. Power Up Self-Calibration On top of factory temperature calibration, every time the air data unit powers up, it performs a self excitation calibration to adjust for small deviations of bias and scaling error. This allows the system to compensate for calibration aging and means that it never needs to be returned to the factory for recalibration. Reliability The Air Data Unit is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance. Its communication interface is optically isolated and the hardware is designed and tested to MIL spec.

International projects The NIDV organizes various opportunities for its participants to improve their international opportunities. The NIDV facilitates international trade fair participation, matchmaking events with international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and meetings about international opportunities. Trade fairs and trade missions Participation in trade fairs takes place in close consultation and collaboration with a number of departments. The Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense and Economic Affairs are involved in the activities. For the government part, the RVO is involved in the creation of the Dutch pavilion and hospitality lounge with the help of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. This product is a test-rig to test the injection and function of various fuel (diesel oil, gas) objects of the main engine. This product model is made from slide fuel valve types of traditional diesel engines to latest dual fuel gas engines GI, GI, LGIP, LGIM/X-DFM, and ammonia fuel valve engines LGIA and X-DFA types, and we are directly doing everything from design to production. In accordance with the maintenance regulations recommended by Everllence and WIN GD, it is a product that tests the normal functionality of fuel injectors of main engine after disassembling, cleaning and reassembling of fuel injection valves.

Developed and manufactured by MPS Microsystems based on customer specifications, this lens actuator forms an essential component of a laser guidance system for unmanned flying objects. It enables 2 lens groups to be displaced individually over a total range of 48 mm and makes it possible to focus a laser over a distance of several kilometres. The main technical difficulty inherent to this actuator lies in meeting very stringent requirements for alignment between the two lens groups (< 10 µm) and in maintaining a very small tilt of the lenses over their entire stroke (lateral deviation < 2 µm). The key part making it possible to ensure such specifications is a frame machined by milling from an aluminium block, into which the 2 drive systems are fastened. These systems each consist of a Ø16 mm brushless motor and a Ø4 mm ball screw with an axial play of less than 5 µm. Backlash-free and frictionless sliding of the lens holders is ensured by standard L306 linear ball bearings manufactured by MPS Microsystems.
