REDCOM Sigma® increases the warfighter’s operational flexibility while reducing size, weight, and power (SWaP) requirements at the tactical edge. REDCOM Sigma is based on open standards with a focus on interoperability, flexibility, and ease of use, and is listed on the DoDIN Approved Products List (APL). REDCOM Sigma was selected by the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Command, Control Communications-Tactical for network modernization at the tactical edge. Sigma is being deployed to multiple programs within the U.S. Army at the battalion level and below.

AI Navigation Algorithm The Certus Mini range features Advanced Navigation’s revolutionary AI neural network sensor fusion algorithm. This allows Certus Mini to maintain accurate roll and pitch through short term linear accelerations that typically cause significant errors in competitors systems. For long term linear accelerations Certus Mini supports the addition of an external GNSS receiver for full acceleration compensation. Extensive Interoperability Certus Mini seamlessly communicates with a wide range of industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183 and CANOpen making it easy to integrate into existing systems. Certus Mini effortlessly interfaces with ROS 1, ROS 2, and Ardupilot, streamlining your development processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

The MIL-DTL-5015 series of connectors were developed as military standard connectors and applied to various military equipment, it is also used in general industries, medical care, electric vehicles, robots and automation facilities based on its high durability and reliability. This series is threaded coupling and the connection between the contact and the wire is based on soldering. It can be used compatibly with third-party products of the same standard since it is produced according to military standards.

This EGR-Cooler prototype, developed in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, was fabricated using EOS Stainless Steel 316L, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in demanding automotive applications. The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. MDCX, multipin coax connectors, offer low VSWR of 1.25:1 (typ) up to 10 GHz (max mated pair), maximum overall diameter of 0.125" fitted into low-profile micro-D housing, with constant 50 Ohm airline impedance. MDCX coaxial contacts are compact in size allowing multiple high density connections in a Micro-D style shell for applications where space and weight savings are important. No cumbersome spring mounts are required. These connectors are also available with locking post mechanisms or blindmate hardware attachment.
