r-TWR are digital towers which enable the remote use of air traffic services (ATS) from any location. Being at an airport, air base or at a centralised location, distance is no longer a factor. The r-TWR functions can be integrated to a traditional tower as a hybrid solution, and can support the ramp and apron management using the same information. It can also be deployed and put in place when needed. Through the use of digital camera technology and sensors, operators can effectively conduct and manage various services remotely, based on visual surveillance. This removes the need to be on-site and occupying critical space at an airport, in favour of a chosen location.

This EGR-Cooler prototype, developed in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, was fabricated using EOS Stainless Steel 316L, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in demanding automotive applications. The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. CarboNIX NEO is an off-the-shelf separation system available in 8", 15", and 24“, 31.6” and 38.81” sizes. It is scalable to any custom diameter for satellites upwards of 1000 kg. While NEO uses the same lock mechanism and pusher arm subsystems as CarboNIX, NEO employs a new clamp ring system which is stronger, stiffer, can withstand higher loads and launch heavier spacecraft than any other separation system on the market.
