MPS Microsystems is specialized in manufacturing high-precision, miniature linear bearings. We offer a comprehensive range of exceptionally smooth bearings with bore diameters from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm. The balls of these precision bearings meet ‘Grade 3’, the highest quality defined by the ISO 3290/DIN 5401 standard. Combined with a cage and a high precision casing, they allow rapid positioning while reducing friction and eliminating the stick-slip effect. The standard version of MPS Microsystems linear bearings consists of a stainless steel bushing and balls, and a brass cage. An all-stainless steel version or one with ceramic balls can be made on request.

The DA 15‐N is our smallest and lightest full brushless actuator. Its brushless motor and contactless, wear-free position sensing system makes the DA 15‐N immune to wear, vibrations and shock loads. The SCXMC-HDLC card operates through the XMC interface of the SBC and provides real-time communication for control and status data based on synchronization signals. It supports serial communication via the SBCRTM’s Micro D-sub 37-pin connector using a standard D-sub 9-pin interface, allowing long-distance transmission through LVDS signaling. With four transmit/receive channels, it achieves 1–8 Mbps per channel and delivers low-latency performance of less than 40 µs for real-time operations. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system, enabling fast and reliable control data communication across mission-critical components.

Periodic Mode: Continuously generates trigger signals after configuration. Burst Mode: Generates a single trigger signal upon receiving the best command via serial communication. *** Product Expansion and Usage ***  Four Operating Modes  Periodic mode: Generates a single-cycle signal based on the configured frequency and duty ratio.  Burst mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with a software trigger.  External trigger mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with an external trigger.  External trigger bypass mode: Distributes signals triggered externally.  Connect the trigger output signals from a Master Trigger Generator to a Slave Trigger Generator (as shown below).  By connecting one of the Master TG’s Trigger Outputs (1 to 16) to the Slave TG’s External Trigger Input: Outputs 1 to 15 of the Master TG remain unchanged. Outputs 16 to 31 of the Slave TG will mirror the Master TG’s Trigger Output. (Note: Each trigger signal passing through a TG experiences a delay of ten ns. However, since trigger outputs operate in the range of tens to thousands of Hz, users will not notice the delay).  Example with 17 TGen-16C units: Produces up to 256 Trigger Output Channels (16 × 16).
