SEMIL-2000GC is an extreme-rugged IP69K dustproof and waterproof edge AI platform in a 2U 19" rack-mount form factor. SEMIL- 2000GC incorporates Neousys' best-in-class thermal design to ensure fanless maximum GPU performance in wide range -40°C to 70°C temperatures. The system is also integrated with an NVIDIA® L4 GPU that offers up to 2.5 times the performance over Tesla T4.

The CZ600IP is a high-performance un-cooled LWIR thermal camera engineered to deliver professional-grade imaging and system integration. With a 640x480 resolution and 12μm pixel pitch sensor, it provides exceptional clarity and detail, even in low-contrast environments. Its motorized focus and zoom control ensure smooth and accurate long-range observations, making it ideal for applications that demand both precision and flexibility. The camera’s wide temperature measurement range further enhances its utility, supporting reliable operation in industrial process monitoring, facility security, and advanced research projects.

AI Navigation Algorithm The Certus Mini range features Advanced Navigation’s revolutionary AI neural network sensor fusion algorithm. The algorithm was designed for control applications and has a high level of health monitoring and instability prevention to ensure stable and reliable data. High-Performance MEMS The Certus Mini range contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Reliability The Certus Mini range has been designed from the ground up for mission-critical control applications where reliability is essential. Built using a safety-oriented real-time operating system, all software is designed and tested to high safety standards with fault-tolerance in mind. The Certus Mini range is designed, manufactured and tested to military standards. L1/L5 Multi Constellation RTK GNSS The Certus Mini N supports L1/L5 dual frequencies, and GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and NavIC constellations. Access to multiple constellations and frequencies provides enhanced accuracy, availability and performance even in difficult environments such as multi-storey urban canyons. The GNSS receiver has 10 mm position accuracy with real-time RTK or post-processed PPK. Extensive Interoperability Certus Mini seamlessly communicates with a wide range of industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183 and CANOpen making it easy to integrate into existing systems. Certus Mini effortlessly interfaces with ROS 1, ROS 2, and Ardupilot, streamlining your development processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

It is a system that performs missions such as monitoring, surveillance and reconnaissance by ejecting and launching a foldable fixed-wing drone from the canister(tube) launcher. It is equipped with EO/IR Cameras (Electro-Optical / Infra-Red), which are mission equipment for reconnaissance, so that effective day and night image information can be collected. The gathered image information is transmitted to the ground control system (GCS) in real time while detecting and tracking the target by applying AI-based image processing technology. The foldable fixed-wing UAV has a simple structure and light weight, so it can be stored and transported in the canister launcher, and can be operated immediately so that it can be operated without time delay, and if necessary, the air vehicle can be retrieved and re-used by using a net-type recovery system.

Between Earth and space: stratosphere-compatible, solar-powered high-altitude aircraft, known as HAPs (High Altitude Platforms), offer a sustainable alternative to satellites for Earth observation and communication. They are reusable, cost-effective and flexible in use. The DLR joint project HAP-alpha is developing such a technology demonstrator and is endeavoring to establish a complete system capable of permanent operation. The aim is for DLR to build up comprehensive expertise for the development of high-performance, high-flying solar aircraft and to play an active role in shaping the legal framework. In summer 2025, the HAP-alpha successfully passed a ground vibration test.
