Our products are used for manufacturing interior design components for civil and military aircraft construction. Sandwich structures are used in many areas of an aircraft (storage compartments, interiors, wings) to reduce weight. In order to structurally strengthen the honeycombs or insert them, they often have to be filled during the production process. Typical materials are one- and two-component epoxy resins with a very high proportion of hollow glass spheres. These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. Lack of reproducibility is just as problematic as the health hazard often posed by these media. The ViscoTec solution: Material is continuously fed to the dosing system by removal from a large container. With the help of a robot or axis system, suitable structures can be mapped reliably. A coordinated overall system delivers a dispensing result according to specification, in which operator interaction is reduced to a minimum.

Short-Wave Infrared(SWIR) Camera is an imaging device that detects reflected light in the 0.9–1.7 μm wavelength range. Compared to visible light, SWIR enables longer-distance observation and provides high-resolution imagery even in degraded visual environments, such as fog, haze, or dust, where conventional visible cameras cannot operate effectively. These capabilities are realized through the use of InGaAs sensors, offering precise detection and surveillance that are unattainable with visible-light imaging. Accordingly, SWIR cameras serve as an advanced imaging solution not only for military, security, and disaster response applications, but also for industrial inspection and research fields.

It operates from 8.0 – 10.5 GHz and typically provides 20W saturated output power with power-added efficiency of 46%. The KX2-2046 can support military and commercial radar systems. It is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both RF input and output ports. The KX2-2046 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer. The 20W X-band BUC is a satellite ground transport terminal that includes a receive rejection filter and performs IF-to-X-band upconversion using an internal reference frequency.
