The CAS-500(Compact Advanced Satellite), phase #1 project is the project in which KAI aims to develop a CAS500-1 by operating a joint design team with Korea Aerospace Research Institute(KARI) and to transfer the government’s satellite development technology to the industries. It is commonly used in industrial and other devices to generate triggers ranging from one to several thousand FPS, ensuring precise timing synchronization with various devices. Periodic Mode: Continuously generates trigger signals after configuration. Burst Mode: Generates a single trigger signal upon receiving the best command via serial communication. *** Product Expansion and Usage ***  Four Operating Modes  Periodic mode: Generates a single-cycle signal based on the configured frequency and duty ratio.  Burst mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with a software trigger.  External trigger mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with an external trigger.  External trigger bypass mode: Distributes signals triggered externally.  Connect the trigger output signals from a Master Trigger Generator to a Slave Trigger Generator (as shown below).  By connecting one of the Master TG’s Trigger Outputs (1 to 16) to the Slave TG’s External Trigger Input: Outputs 1 to 15 of the Master TG remain unchanged. Outputs 16 to 31 of the Slave TG will mirror the Master TG’s Trigger Output. (Note: Each trigger signal passing through a TG experiences a delay of ten ns. However, since trigger outputs operate in the range of tens to thousands of Hz, users will not notice the delay).  Example with 17 TGen-16C units: Produces up to 256 Trigger Output Channels (16 × 16).

PBS TJ150 turbojet engine features a compact design and excellent thrust-to-weight ratio. Built-in starter-generator provides reliable starting and power to the deck network. Customisation possible (adjustment of hinges, length of outlet nozzle, etc.) A version of the engine with pyrotechnic ignition is available. A version of the engine is available that allows it to be re-used after a landing in salt water.

This tactical multi-purpose carrier is an oversized 250L (55cm x 43cm x 111cm) rolling duffel bag, the first of its kind in Korea. It can store drones, portable communication equipment, duty/training gear and accessories, firearms, body armor, battle belts, helmets, tactical vests, and personal gear all in one, making it the first tactical carrier of this type in Korea. The bag allows easy access to necessary equipment during operations, thereby enhancing the efficiency of both missions and training. The exterior features a total of 10 pockets (5 on each side), including dedicated ammunition storage pockets, enabling systematic management of equipment and flexible deployment. Made of high-strength 1000D Cordura nylon, the material resists deformation even after long-term use, and its water-resistant coating protects equipment from rain, dust, and daily wear.
