Combined laser scan/video scope technology for gun barrel inspection, superior measuring results: With the RIB 4D, Kappa presents a new, high-performance system for large-caliber weapon barrel inspection designed for troops evaluating actual and post-firing status and calculating remaining service life. 3D Laser Scanner and 360° Videos: Within the completely newly designed RIB 4D measuring head, the entire bandwidth of the newest image-generating technology for seamless, complete barrel inspection is used. A supersensitive laser scan generates a detail-rich point cloud. In addition, 8 CMOS sensors provide the viewer with brilliant 360° videos of the barrel’s interior surfaces. The highly precise barrel digitization offers a comprehensive data basis for secure assessment of a barrel interior’s condition. Keeping it simple: only one operator required Simple handling means that just one person can operate the entire system. Independent of the operator, the automatic system delivers clear and reproducible measurement results. The barrel digitization is the reliable data basis for the subsequent location-independant assessment of the barrel condition. The compact system is designed for versatile use. The RFcore Radar series are FMCW type radar and were developed to detect/track small air targets. The major difference between three models is detection performance. RX32B is fundamental model. RX128B have four times larger radar than RX32B. RX192A have six times larger radar then RX32B. The number of the product name means the number of antenna elements. All have compact and lightweight physical architecture that concentrates all the components required for radar, such as antenna, RF components and radar signal processor, in a small single housing. Transport can be carried in the carrier box and can be easily carried by one person. For installation, you can use a commercially available camera tripod. The weight is about 7.5kg (RX32B) and 15.9kg (RX128B), and the lower connection part is compatible with the tripod connection for the camera. Power supply requires 12VDC (RX32B) and 24VDC power (RX128B and RX192A). When using a battery, it is possible to connect a 12V battery or 24V battery to radars. Usage time may vary depending on the battery capacity. RFCORE recommended the constant power supply. Transfer of Status and BIT information and simple control of the RX32B, RX128B and RX192A are possible with a web browser using the Ethernet connection for authorized users. Using the terminal program provided with the radar, you can view the radar control and detected target information in real time. All RX Radar series’ Power Amp and Core Chip were designed using RFcore's own products.

For storage application VPX6-C6 provides the built-in 80GB SLC NVMe SSD solution via PCIe x4 lanes as well as the external SATA expansion through VPX site. Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.
