The SCXMC-AURORA is one of Seedcore’s flagship products, designed for high-speed optical data communication through an XMC interface. Utilizing the Xilinx Aurora 64B/66B protocol, it supports four transmit/receive channels, each operating at 10.3125 Gbps via integrated optical transceivers. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from the product information page on Seedcore’s website. This module is deployed in the M-SAM air defense system, providing reliable and high-speed data transfer between mission-critical embedded components.

Developed by MPS Microsystems, the voice-coil nano-positioner unites a Lorentz-force motor, flexure guidance and on-board electronics inside a 65 × 60 × 38 mm envelope. Standard travel is 2.88 mm, extendable to 7 mm with the same coil, suiting microscope objectives, small mirrors and sensors that demand friction-free motion. Bidirectional repeatability stays within ±1 µm over a 360 µm stroke and ±2.5 µm across the full stroke. Sung Jin’s Nano Miniature Connector is applied twist pin for low engagement and separation force. Nano Miniature connector has a .025 inch contact space, and #30AWG, #32AWG of wire sizes are accepted. Innovative contact system that allows current of 1AMP ensures excellent electrical performance and characteristics. Sung Jin C&T’s Nano D miniature connector is designed to meet MIL-DTL-32139 standards and guarantees excellent mating performance and environment.

Based on the T-50 trainer’s superior performance and an armament storing capability, the FA-50 aircraft is further developed and upgraded with Tactical Data Link, Precision Guided Munitions, and Self Protection subsystem. Featuring a fighter jet-class flight performance, the FA-50 aircraft has been deployed and operated in the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) since 2013.

Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.
