The A-C series is the most lightweight and low profile altitude switch in the Precision Sensors product line. The capsule based sensing element provides repeatable and precise absolute pressure threshold detection by sensing changes in the ambient air pressure compared to an evacuated capsule. The skeletal construction removes the need for bulky pressure fittings.

Typical uses include aircraft cabin air pressure monitoring.

The system can be used as a measurement device for first responders for the exploration of hazardous areas. GAMON-Drone system is designed to offer the best combination of portability, low power consumption and performance. The unit is assembled in a lightweight enclosure that contains both the Scintillator Detector and the Digital Signal Processing Electronics. GAMON-Drone can identify gamma-emitting radionuclides and differentiate them based on the category they belong to, distinguishing between NORM, medical and industrial.

The system is designed to maximise installation flexibility, through optional power and diagnostics data over RF (permitting the use of a single cable), and a highly reconfigurable baseplate to allow the mounting holes and connector type/ position to be tailored to the target platform. Use of Chelton’s established and field-tested GNSS Anti-Jam core firmware provides a high degree of protection against complex threat scenarios and in highly dynamic environments. Wing shells, side shells and fuselage sections are usually made of carbon fibre composites and glued together during the production process. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed. A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges. ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.
