Poongsan has been producing a variety of copper and copper alloy plates, ranging from copper products for everyday life to high-tech industrial materials. These copper and copper alloy plates, which are recognized as high-quality materials at home and abroad, are representative industrial basic materials that are widely used in all industrial fields, including automobiles, electrical and electronics, semiconductors, communications, construction, and machinery. Poongsan has various casting facilities, including the world's largest shaft furnace, a hot mill capable of continuously rolling 6-ton slabs, a tandem mill, and a 20-stage cold rolling mill, as well as various hot and cold rolling facilities and heat treatment furnaces. We are building a large-scale integrated production system from the casting process to finishing processes such as cutting and packaging. Poongsan's rolled products are produced in various sizes depending on the type, ranging from 630mm in width, 0.03mm in thickness, and thickness tolerance to 2/1000mm. These products have accurate specifications and physical properties and a smooth surface thanks to the establishment of a thorough quality control system using cutting-edge inspection equipment. Excellent. Poongsan's copper and copper alloy rolled products are produced in a variety of ways, including pure copper, brass, phosphor bronze, nickel silver, cupronickel, and special alloy (PMC26 and other) depending on the alloy composition and casting method. In particular, in response to market demands for new high-strength copper alloys due to technological advancements such as the Internet of Things and electric vehicles, we have developed new alloys (P1000HS and others) and are applying them to high-tech products requested by customers.

Patria
Patria OPTIME
Patria OPTIME covers a broad range of services and solutions impacting the fleet availability, such as fleet maintenance, upcoming modification projects and needed integrations in the later stages of the lifecycle as well as supply chain management and training services. Patria OPTIME is a modular service model that is always tailored to the customer needs and requirements, and it is set up in phases together with the customer. Patria OPTIME combines top-notch engineering expertise with efficient data utilization in a unique way for the sustainment of military equipment. There is no comparable, comprehensive, manufacturer-independent and data-driven solution that can be deployed in all operating environments available from other market actors. It is a data-driven concept, which ensures the performance and cost-effective operation of the fleet. In the centre of the concept is data collection from the fleet usage and maintenance. Even during a crisis, the customer can count on Patria’s support. Patria’s service covers the entire lifecycle of the fleets The lifecycle for military fleets is typically decades-long – and thus, in addition to ordinary maintenance, repairs and overhauls, the fleets must undergo major upgrades, repairs and system/structural modifications during the lifecycle to fulfil required capabilities. Patria has strong experience and expertise in all these demanding activities – for land vehicles, aircraft and marine vessels. Patria OPTIME also covers the management of fleet MRO supply chains, as required by the customer. Data analysis makes it possible to anticipate the future need for spare parts and to optimally plan the deliveries and storage of these parts. The concept of operations of high-performance assets is also essential part of effective system usage. Patria can support this with years of experience in data collection from a range of fleets as part of mission support services. This brings exclusive offering for Patria’s training services. For instance, in Finland, Patria is responsible for elementary and basic pilot training for the Air Force, Army and Border Guard and provides training services for maintenance staff. Patria OPTIME is set up according to the customer’s requirements The specification of the Patria OPTIME solution begins with an assessment of the current state of the customer’s operating environment, equipment and sustainment solution as well as the requirements set for them. After a successful feasibility study, there will be a more thorough value proposal phase together with the customer. Patria OPTIME ensures the performance of different kinds of fleets in all conditions over their entire lifecycle.
Glenair
Hermetic Connectors
Hermetic connectors are a special class of sealed Mil /Aero interconnect that incorporates glass-to-metal or other highly-engineered sealing technology. Hermetic seal connectors are specified for applications as divergent as submarines and orbiting satellites. They are deployed to resist moisture ingress in underground applications and to withstand pressure differentials in vacuum chambers, laboratory equipment and commercial and military aircraft. Hermetic seal connectors, such as the MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III and IV supplied by Glenair, are principally designed for use in military aerospace — in fact, the sealing requirement for connector hermeticity was originally driven by military electronic applications. But the products are equally at home in commercial applications such as oil-patch, logging equipment or medical devices.
Ultronics
Motus
Ultra-High Accuracy MEMS Motus features some of the highest accuracy MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes currently available. Motus’s inertial performance exceeds some FOG IMUs and is up to 100x smaller and 10x cheaper. Motus is put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive calibration process to provide consistently accurate data over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Miniature Package Never before has such high inertial performance been available in such a small package. Motus consumes just over 1 cubic inch in volume and weighs only 26 grams. This makes it ideal for weight and size sensitive applications. Motus is available in an OEM package suitable for integration into larger products or an enclosed package for external and standalone use. Advanced Signal Processing Motus samples its sensors synchronously at 1000Hz through six individual 24-bit differential ADCs which minimizes noise as well as providing optimal thermal calibration and performance characteristics. 14 separate heavily filtered regulated power supplies ensure that each sensor and ADC is operating off the cleanest possible power supply. Reliability Motus has been designed from the ground up for mission critical control applications where reliability is very important. It is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance in mind. The hardware is designed and manufactured to mil standards. High Update Rate Motus outputs temperature calibrated sensor data at 1000Hz as well as filtered attitude at the same rate. This allows for control of dynamically unstable platforms.
LUMIR
Image Data Handling Unit, IDHU
Lumir is the first Korean company to successfully develop and manufacture this onboard equipment, delivering superior performance and significant cost savings compared to competitors’ products. By integrating non-volatile NAND flash devices into the image data handling unit, storage capacity has been significantly increased, with data retention maintained even when the power is off.The image data handling unit of the satellite is a core device that receives high-speed, large-capacity data output from Earth observation sensors mounted on the satellite—such as SAR or optical cameras—then compresses and stores the data in real time, while also performing encryption and encoding for transmission to ground stations. Lumir has successfully developed and manufactured this satellite-mounted device domestically in Korea for the first time, breaking reliance on imported technologies. This achievement secures Lumir’s competitiveness by delivering superior performance and significant cost savings compared to foreign products.
