MIL-DTL-26482 seriesⅡ has the same contact arrangement as MIL-DTL-26482 series I, and the bayonnet coupling method is applied. The connection between the contact and the wire is a crimping method, which is different from 26482-I. It provides reliable fastening with 5 guide keys. The SC-SSGMRTM, a Seedcore Co., Ltd representative product, is a backplane transmission module that performs the I/O function of the SSGM(Synchronous Signal Generation Module). When the SSGM(Synchronous Signal Generation Module) board is plugged into the motherboard(Backplane) in front of the Chassis, you can extend the I/O function of the board by plugging the SC-SSGMRTM board into the back of the Backplane. The fully redundant DA 30-HT-D has been developed for applications with the highest reliability demands. The redundant – two channel – design of the actuator allows continuous operation even if one of the two channels has failed. All major components such as the electric motors, control and communication electronics, and power supply are available twice (redundant). The position sensor features a three channel design (for 2 out of 3 voting). Additionally, there are several sensors integrated to provide diagnostic information such as current consumption, supply voltage levels and temperature readings. All major components of the actuator are continuously diagnosed by the microcontrollers of the actuator and its health status can be read via the redundant RS485.
