CATIS™ is an ultra-high-resolution, small satellite imaging radar device independently developed by Lumir. It consists of three components: the radar signal transmission/reception device SCEU, an active phased array antenna SATA, and a data downlink antenna KaPA. This X-band imaging radar device is designed for small satellites weighing 150 kg, offering an ultra-high resolution of 0.3 m. It transmits wideband RF signals to the observation area while orbiting at an altitude of 500 km and receives the reflected signals to acquire Earth observation data.

When paired with an airborne server, it can even produce SAR Motion Video (SMV). IMSAR adds value to its exceptional engineering with a production time much faster than industry standard. The NSP-8 is designed for durability and thoroughly tested with a Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) of over 2,000 hours. Additionally, it’s weatherized for optimal performance over land and sea. Yuan Thor platform serves as the computational core for autonomous systems. Powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Thor™ (128GB LPDDR5X, 2560 CUDA cores, 96 Tensor cores), it delivers up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI performance for real-time sensor fusion, data analytics, and edge decision-making. Thor supports 16× MIPI CSI-2 cameras, audio in/out, CAN Bus, UART, I²C, SPI, and GPIO, enabling precise, low-latency responses for robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous vehicles.

The NSP-7 combines IMSAR’s typical reliability with increased capabilities: for example, the ability to detect footprints. It can even perform SAR Motion Video (SMV) when paired with an airborne server. The IMSAR NSP-7 radar system is a high-performance, weatherized radar pod engineered for long-range Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and maritime/ground surveillance missions.
