SAIT CIRUS has been fortunate to receive generous funding from the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), and Prairies Canada to support the development of our research centre and supporting applied research projects. Our research centre features a diverse and advanced fleet of remotely piloted aircraft, sensors, survey equipment, data processing and modeling software, and hardware. Some of our remotely piloted systems are the only ones in North America, making CIRUS a leading research centre on the continent.

This hydraulic tool package product is an ultra-high-pressure tool product used to assemble and disassemble major parts that make up the engine, and has been supplied to domestic and overseas engine customers since our foundation. The composition consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic jack, a hydraulic hose, and a coupler, and supplies one package per ship. The product model can be selected according to the required pressure for each engine type and model.

The FOR-10T/R supports Base configurations (including 10 Taps) and enables long-distance transmission of image signals via optical fiber, along with RS232 control signals and CC1~4 trigger signals. These signals are transmitted to the PC. This product supports transmission distances of up to 2 km, and by replacing the optical module, even longer distances can be achieved.  Fully supports the Camera Link interface (Area/Line Scan).  Supports Base (including 10 Taps) configurations (CC1~4, RS232, 10 Ports (Taps), LVAL, DVAL, FVAL).  Supports pixel frequency from 20 to 85 MHz.  Maximum transmission distance: 2000 m.  Enables lossless transmission.  Supports all external full-duplex RS232 communication speeds on a single port.  Features a locking DC power jack (Molex).  Camera link Connector Type : SDR connector.

The DRU-H-R has growth capacity to add an embedded Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) GPS with M-code capability. The DRU-H-R is an advanced precision navigation system that provides accurate vehicle position and attitude data. This unit replaced the DRU-H on Paladin and Firefinder, both playing critical roles in supporting U.S. ground forces in all phases of active combat operations. The EMCORE DRU-H-R design upgraded system performance by using high accuracy, combat-proven inertial sensors currently fielded on the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), High-Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), and Improved Position and Azimuth Determining System (IPADS).
