ACMI Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation
The SDT F 16 Combat Training Pod is mounted on F-16 and similar air platforms in an external pod, and ensures efficiency in exercises and in the provision of air-to-air and air-to-ground tactics training to pilots.
SDT F - 16 Combat Training Pod features advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground combat training capabilities, such as real-time autonomous position generation, weapon simulation and real-time hit/miss notification, thanks to its long-range and high-speed RF data link and integrated processors.
The system has mission planning, live monitoring, debriefing and analysis/evaluation features. The SDT F 16 Combat Training Pod enables training in real flight conditions and in multi-threat/target environments. Its high-speed data link and modular design mean that the System is also a Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training infrastructure.

Hydraulic top bracing is an attenuation device installed between the main engine and the hull of the ship to reduce thermal expansion and vibration from the main engine to natural frequencies. The operating principle is an automatic control operating system through in/out and on/off the operating range of the hydraulic top bracing according to the rpm of the main engine.
The number of hydraulic cylinders per engine is typically 2, 4, 6 depending on the type of engine, up to 8 are installed if necessary, and 1~2 of control panels are installed.

Engine Start Begins with ATS.
The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start.
Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems.
In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

Composite Tail Rotor Blades for Bell 206 JetRangers Fitted with New Bearings | Air Services Int'l., LLC
The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blade is a direct replacement for Bell 206A and 206B series helicopter tail rotor blades. Now fitted with a new style of feathering bearings manufactured by KAMATICS. These bearings provide a longer life expectancy, with a patented lining that provides lighter pedal loads and a higher level of chemical resistance, compared to that of the standard fabric Teflon-lined bearings.
The AMT-206-1 tail rotor blade has a non-symmetrical airfoil section and incorporates a swept tip. The T/R Blade is primarily fabricated from uni-directional Graphite (carbon fiber) and Aramid (Kevlar™) continuous fibers suspended in an epoxy matrix and is fitted with a nickel abrasion strip on the leading edge. The abrasion strip is bonded on using a urethane adhesive.
The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blades have a 30% cost advantage, twice the lifespan, higher strength and thrust, and a substantial noise reduction, making them safer and ideal for helicopter operators flying in noise-sensitive areas like national parks and built-up areas.
