PANDION Q650 : Multipurpose Drone for Specialized Missions
The PANDION Q650 is a versatile military and industrial drone, designed for easy maintenance and adaptability. Featuring a multi-mount bracket, it allows users to customize payloads such as speakers, searchlights, and LiDAR sensors to meet specific operational needs.
Built for rugged environments, it is rated IP43 for water and dust resistance, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The drone can perform missions with a flight time of approximately 40 minutes.

Rocket nozzle with conformal cooling channels and isogrid ribbing
This rocket nozzle featuring conformal cooling channels and isogrid ribbing was manufactured using EOS Copper CuCP, a pure copper material optimized for additive manufacturing. The production required approximately 72 hours, taking advantage of the exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity of pure copper to meet demanding aerospace performance requirements.
As one of the few companies in Korea capable of performing metal additive manufacturing with pure copper, we provide advanced technical expertise and support OEM production as well as collaborative technology development projects with various industrial partners.
The showcased component was designed by nTopology and demonstrates the synergy of advanced design optimization with state-of-the-art copper additive manufacturing.

Carbon Fiber Composites (CF-SMC)
1. Integrated Production System
Equipped with in-house CF-SMC compression molding equipment, we provide a complete one-stop solution—from sheet production to final composite molding—tailored to customer requirements. This ensures both exceptional quality and production efficiency. In line with ESG management, we also utilize our proprietary recycled carbon fiber technology to recycle CFRP waste generated during CF-SMC production.
2. Moldability & Productivity
ILSUNG’s carbon fiber SMC technology offers superior moldability compared to conventional continuous CFRP and aluminum. With a rapid curing speed of about 1 minute per 1 mm thickness, it enables high-speed, mass production. Complex and precise geometries can be molded reliably, delivering strong competitiveness for both simple and highly engineered components.
3. Exceptional Lightweight Performance
CF-SMC has a lower density than aluminum castings while maintaining high mechanical strength, delivering the optimal lightweight solution for industries where weight reduction is critical.
4. Balanced Performance
This technology not only achieves lightweight properties but also ensures a well-balanced combination of mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and durability. It maintains stable performance under extreme environments and repeated loads, making it highly suitable for automotive, aerospace, and defense applications where reliability is critical.

On-Device AI Detection Solution for Ships and Aircraft
In collaboration with Hanwha Systems, we developed and optimized a Transformer-based AI model for ship and aircraft detection on embedded platforms. Targeting NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX, the project utilized the MSAR (640×640) dataset along with large-scale training databases built from public sources.
The RT-DETR model, currently under review, was optimized through hardware-friendly design, Int8 quantization, and specialized inference acceleration. As a result, the solution achieved up to 5x faster inference speed while maintaining accuracy, reaching 20% of NVIDIA TensorRT performance. This demonstrates the ability to deliver reliable, real-time detection capabilities in resource-constrained embedded environments, enabling next-generation defense and surveillance applications.

With Saab’s fully Integrated Defence Aids Suite (IDAS) – a proven end-to-end, multi-spectral EW self-protection suite for rotary and fixed-wing platforms – you can take advantage of immediate and automatic countermeasure dispensing as well as instant warning and threat awareness to the crew. This is essential since survival depends on doctrine-tactics in combination with countermeasures.
In short, with IDAS watching your back, you are well prepared for the most challenging missions, in the most demanding threat environments.

We are developing and mass-producing fuses based on our many years of experience in developing and mass-producing various fuses to meet the needs of users, including electronic timed fuses, mechanical fuses, and training fuses.
Completion of mission given to ammunition
Warheads such as penetrating warheads for penetrating power, thermobaric warheads using thermal pressure, and dispersion warheads for suppressing local targets play the role of completing the final mission of the ammunition.
Korea Defense Industry has many years of experience developing and mass producing such warheads.

Turnkey Solution - DVE- und SAS Systems with DVU - Digital Video Distribution Unit
DVE systems with up to two cameras can be built as direct camera-monitor systems (CMS). For the integration of a larger number of cameras, our advanced VDU represents the signal processing core for all Kappa’s turnkey AE DVE & SAS systems.
This high-speed and digital FPGA based processing core offers multiple HD-SDI camera inputs and several HD-SDI outputs for lowest system latency performance glass-to-glass. Additional control and H.264 IP streaming interfaces greatly increase the VDU flexibility and enable information sharing between vehicles.
Controlled by the crew or the gearbox switch, the VDU processes the selected camera channels, mixes and scales multiple camera information, performs driver assistance and tactical overlays of text and icons, and fi nally routes the selected view data to the respective output for display on the cockpit monitors. Best in class signal processing techniques and scaling algorithms guarantee the low latency generation of crisp and sharp images even under severe difficult ambient light conditions.
