Hardware

Our LiDAR uses a custom-designed laser that separates 1064 nm and 532 nm wavelengths from a single source, with two dedicated receivers capturing each set of data independently. Inside the system, the linear laser beam is refracted at a 10-degree angle through a prism to enable circular scanning. An RF module is also integrated for real-time equipment status monitoring. From circuit board design to component selection, every part of this system was developed in-house by multiple institutions. As a result, we have successfully eliminated reliance on foreign technology.

Available in operating frequencies from HF to Ku-band and with standard output powers ranging from 2 to 1000 watts. Standards Functions Include: FWD/RVS Detector, Mute, Temperature Monitoring, VSWR Alarm with Protection, Over Temperature Alarm with Protection and Auto-recovery, Over voltage protection, ALC, AGC and Current Monitoring.

The Nebula connector employs the renowned Hypertac hyperboloid contacts as the bedrock of its high reliability providing immunity to shock and vibration fretting and over 100,000 mating cycles. These features combine with current carrying capacity up to 1.5 Amps per contact and low insertion / extraction forces to provide significantly enhanced quality and reliability performance compared with other more commodity connector solutions. Available for direct mounting to PCB, the Nebula Series supports independent function for all its 22 contacts. It also offers optional quarter-turn locking hardware for faster connector securing and to prevent unintentional separation.
