Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.

The GCS is an all-in-one portable Ground Control System designed to command swarm UAVs in diverse field environments such as military operations or outdoor performance venues. Depending on the operator’s mission environment and purpose, three type options are offered: HardCase, Shelter, and Tablet. The HardCase GCS is optimized for outdoor operations, featuring a 1,000 cd/m² high-brightness touch monitor with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint (AG + AF) coatings for enhanced usability. Tactical Information Communication Network (TICN), a core system for network-centric warfare (NCW) It is a communication-based system that guarantees real-time command and control of reconnaissance, surveillance, command decision, and true strike in network-centric warfare (NCW), including network management system (TIPS)/switching system (TIPS), tactical mobile communications system (TMCS), and small-capacity transmission system. It is divided into five subsystems: (LCTRS), High Capacity Transmission System (HCTRS), and Multi-band Multi-Channel Multi-function Radio (TMMR).
