The HXB15 Connectors, featuring expanded beam technology, hermaphroditic connection, rugged construction for field deployment and hybrid configurations, have been designed for harsh environment applications such as military tactical communications, avionics, offshore systems, outside broadcast, mining and plant.

The expanded beam technology uses expanded and collimated beams to couple optical fibers without any contact. It could allow for optics to be used in areas that have been quite restrictive due to presence of damage or contamination at the fiber end. Hermaphroditic connector design enables fast deployment by daisy-chaining multiple cable segments. HXB15 connectors also enable transfer of electrical signal or power using hybrid insert configuration.

DA 22-BLDC Brushless Actuator To guarantee maximum safety and reliability, its brushless motor and contactless, wear-free position sensing system makes the DA 22 BLDC immune to wear, vibrations and shock loads. It has especially been designed for usage in harsh environments and for safety-critical applications that require an actuator with high endurance. The conductive aluminum case and the shielded connection cable are reducing the susceptibility to any kind to EMI/RFI noise to the absolute minimum.

From precise control of various optical components(laser/detector/amplifier) & laser beam alignment(QD/FSM), a data rate of 10G can be achieved over distances of several thousand kilometers.

Patria CANDL provides a single data link solution for communications requiring high reliability, such as UAS payload data and C2. The CI Systems ILET (Intermediate-Level Electro-Optical Tester) family of test systems is ideally suited for performing I-level optical tests and laboratory testing. Portable, compact and computerized, ILET testers can be installed on a vehicle, bringing comprehensive testing of thermal imagers and visible light sensors to the field, reducing the need of D-Level facilities. The basic ILET configuration includes a collimator, a radiation source (blackbody and/or visible light source) and a target wheel (manual or motorized). The ILET is easy to use when interfaced with CI Systems’ CTE software (optional), minimizing testing turnaround time and maximizing testing objectivity and repeatability. The testers retain their accuracy over a wide range of ambient temperatures.
