Carbon Fiber Composites (CF-SMC)
1. Integrated Production System
Equipped with in-house CF-SMC compression molding equipment, we provide a complete one-stop solution—from sheet production to final composite molding—tailored to customer requirements. This ensures both exceptional quality and production efficiency. In line with ESG management, we also utilize our proprietary recycled carbon fiber technology to recycle CFRP waste generated during CF-SMC production.
2. Moldability & Productivity
ILSUNG’s carbon fiber SMC technology offers superior moldability compared to conventional continuous CFRP and aluminum. With a rapid curing speed of about 1 minute per 1 mm thickness, it enables high-speed, mass production. Complex and precise geometries can be molded reliably, delivering strong competitiveness for both simple and highly engineered components.
3. Exceptional Lightweight Performance
CF-SMC has a lower density than aluminum castings while maintaining high mechanical strength, delivering the optimal lightweight solution for industries where weight reduction is critical.

Edge Sealing for Structural Components
Wing shells, side shells and fuselage sections are usually made of carbon fibre composites and glued together during the production process. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed.
A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges.
ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.

The ASN-157 was developed to meet the ongoing need for helicopters with reduced size and weight avionics. The ASN-157 system has an accuracy of 0.15 percent of total velocity, weighs less than 13 lbs., consists of one line-replaceable unit, and has a predicted mean time between failure of over 7,300 hours.

Type-III Composite Pressure Vessel
InterGravity Technologies has developed a Type-III Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessel (COPV) optimized for high-performance small spacecraft propulsion systems. The tank is designed with an aluminum alloy liner for impermeability and a carbon fiber/epoxy composite overwrap for high strength-to-weight ratio. The system is tailored for green propellant storage (C₂H₆, N₂O), offering an exceptionally lightweight yet robust solution for orbital transfer vehicles and CubeSat-class platforms.

Model DCL120 Dot Sight is designed and developed specifically for use on .50 caliber (12.7mm) Heavy Machine Guns (HMGs) but not limited to the HMG. This distinctive dot sight adapted the world’s first extra wide lens (170 x 70 mm) which provides accurate shooting in jolting armored vehicles, shaking helicopters and rocking patrol boats with head-up and both eyes open.
