Our XR-based aircraft maintenance simulator is officially certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of South Korea for training and education. It provides specialized training environments for the A321, B737-MAX, and B737-800NG aircraft, featuring over 80 detailed modules—including procedures for engine removal, main landing gear installation, and more. This subscription-based simulator is fully compatible with smartphones, tablets, and wearable XR devices, enabling seamless access through a cloud-based web service. Users can train anytime, anywhere—perfect for both remote learning and remote maintenance scenarios. Compared to traditional classroom learning, the XR platform is 4 times more effective and requires only one-third the training time. It also improves user confidence in real-world technical applications by up to 275%. By transforming traditional paper manuals into immersive, interactive training environments, the simulator delivers the next generation of aircraft MRO education for both civil and defense sectors.

The GCS is an all-in-one portable Ground Control System designed to command swarm UAVs in diverse field environments such as military operations or outdoor performance venues. Depending on the operator’s mission environment and purpose, three type options are offered: HardCase, Shelter, and Tablet. The HardCase GCS is optimized for outdoor operations, featuring a 1,000 cd/m² high-brightness touch monitor with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint (AG + AF) coatings for enhanced usability. Dual monitors are equipped as standard for multi-UAV control, with the option to expand to additional displays. In collaboration with Hanwha Systems, we developed and optimized a Transformer-based AI model for ship and aircraft detection on embedded platforms. Targeting NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX, the project utilized the MSAR (640×640) dataset along with large-scale training databases built from public sources. The RT-DETR model, currently under review, was optimized through hardware-friendly design, Int8 quantization, and specialized inference acceleration. As a result, the solution achieved up to 5x faster inference speed while maintaining accuracy, reaching 20% of NVIDIA TensorRT performance. This demonstrates the ability to deliver reliable, real-time detection capabilities in resource-constrained embedded environments, enabling next-generation defense and surveillance applications.

Our LiDAR uses a custom-designed laser that separates 1064 nm and 532 nm wavelengths from a single source, with two dedicated receivers capturing each set of data independently. Inside the system, the linear laser beam is refracted at a 10-degree angle through a prism to enable circular scanning. An RF module is also integrated for real-time equipment status monitoring. From circuit board design to component selection, every part of this system was developed in-house by multiple institutions. As a result, we have successfully eliminated reliance on foreign technology.
