The HXB13 Connectors, featuring expanded beam technology, hermaphroditic connection, rugged construction for field deployment have been designed for harsh environment applications such as military tactical communications, avionics, offshore systems, outside broadcast, mining and plant.

The expanded beam technology uses expanded and collimated beams to couple optical fibers without any contact. It could allow for optics to be used in areas that have been quite restrictive due to presence of damage or contamination at the fiber end. Hermaphroditic connector design enables fast deployment by daisy-chaining multiple cable segments.

Micro-D Twinax Connectors (MDTX) offer Twinax blindmate assemblies fitted into a low-profile metalized Micro-D style shell, high speed signalling capable of 100 Ohm differential pair matched impedance, maximum space utilization, ultra miniature size and high vibration capability, extremely light weight and modular with true signal integrity.

It is equipped with advanced multi-sensor payloads such as EO/IR and LiDAR, enabling precise data collection in diverse environments. Metal braided sleeving and tubular expandable braided cable shielding is used primarily in the electrical wire interconnect industry to protect cables from electrostatic and electromagnetic interference. The interwoven conductive wire acts as a ground-path barrier that attenuates cable electrical field interference. In addition, both metallic and non-metallic braided shielding provides abrasion and cut protection for critical wiring, a particular concern in environments, such as aircraft, where vibration or other forms of rough handling may result in damage to individual wire conductors and cable bundles.
