The EPNR1000 is a drone-mounted 5G base station integrating CU-DU-RU, with 5G Core and an IP-PTT application server built in. All 5G network elements are combined into a single unit, allowing standalone operation (IOPS). Mounted on a drone, it can provide line-of-sight coverage over obstacles like buildings or mountains, making it an ideal system for delivering 5G services over wide areas during disasters or military operations.

This high-speed and digital FPGA based processing core offers multiple HD-SDI camera inputs and several HD-SDI outputs for lowest system latency performance glass-to-glass. Additional control and H.264 IP streaming interfaces greatly increase the VDU flexibility and enable information sharing between vehicles. Controlled by the crew or the gearbox switch, the VDU processes the selected camera channels, mixes and scales multiple camera information, performs driver assistance and tactical overlays of text and icons, and fi nally routes the selected view data to the respective output for display on the cockpit monitors. Best in class signal processing techniques and scaling algorithms guarantee the low latency generation of crisp and sharp images even under severe difficult ambient light conditions. Temperature Calibrated Pressure Sensors The Air Data Unit features very high accuracy absolute and differential pressure sensors. These are factory calibrated over a wide temperature range to further increase measurement accuracy and provide the best air data possible through varying conditions. Power Up Self-Calibration On top of factory temperature calibration, every time the air data unit powers up, it performs a self excitation calibration to adjust for small deviations of bias and scaling error. This allows the system to compensate for calibration aging and means that it never needs to be returned to the factory for recalibration. Reliability The Air Data Unit is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance. Its communication interface is optically isolated and the hardware is designed and tested to MIL spec.
