The Bradley A4 features the latest digitized electronics for optimum situational awareness, network connectivity and communication within the Armored Brigade Combat Team. Survivability – Improvements to the Fire Suppression and IED jammer components further enhance survivability by reducing the likelihood of system detectability and target acquisition by external systems and defeats external threats.

Mobility – System is capable of maximizing its acceleration capabilities due to the increased engine horsepower in order to provide rapid movement of the System in reaction to combat or other adverse situations. Enhanced mobility function provides driver with improved situational awareness and mobility functionality status. Lethality – Leveraging the lethality functionality from its predecessor, the Bradley A4 consists of full ballistic fire control hosted on a new central processing unit, aided dual-target tracking, automatic gun target adjustment, automatic bore sighting and hunter-killer capabilities. The Bushmaster 25mm cannon fires both explosive and armor piercing rounds, while TOW missiles defeat enemy armor. The 7.62mm coaxial machine gun provides high volume fires at close ranges.

Networkability – Integration of improved computing system assets allows housing of more robust software applications in order to provide improved near real-time networking situational awareness to soldiers on both platform variants.

Supportability – Improvements to on-board diagnostics systems provide increased fault detection and isolation capabilities and added interactive electronic manuals enhance maintenance capability.

The FOR-10T/R supports Base configurations (including 10 Taps) and enables long-distance transmission of image signals via optical fiber, along with RS232 control signals and CC1~4 trigger signals. These signals are transmitted to the PC. The QVM-200 is an ultra-compact video transmission module mounted on a small device that compresses camera video in real time and transmits it to a remote control device. This product features a built-in H.264/H.265 codec, compressing high-definition video at FHD (1920x180p) @ 60fps and UHD (3840x2160p) @ 30fps. It also supports various video transmission protocols, enabling real-time video control and operation. In particular, the QVM-200's built-in real-time high-compression video transmission technology enables ultra-low bandwidth video transmission, ensuring stable video transmission even in wireless environments with extremely limited bandwidth. It provides a MIPI camera interface and a USB port for connecting EO and IR cameras. Its minimal size and weight allow it to be installed even in ultra-compact drones with limited space, weight, and power consumption.

[Cutting by water jet] Micro water jet cutting: The micro water jet enables a refined process to be carried out in precision cutting. This high-precision technology reduces the jet diameter by a factor of 5 and makes water jet cutting more precise by a factor of 10. The micro water jet achieves a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The proven advantages of the cold cutting process remain unchanged. In the pure water process, the cutting width was reduced to 0.2 mm in the abrasive process for hard materials such as nickel-based alloys and titanium. The new technology controls the cutting process and manipulates the cutting path depending on the contour and speed enabling a highly precise cut. Standard waterjet cutting: Water jet cutting is highly efficient and at the same time less severe than other cutting techniques. Low process forces and thermal loads prevent bending or melting. We can cut filigree delicate contours from practically all nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Using our standard process we can cut a range of shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and drawings and achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.2 mm.
