MPS Microsystems offers a complete range of high precision ball screws for positioning less than 5 µm. Mostly custom-made, these screws ensure smooth and uniform movement resulting from the high precision of their thread, achieved by grinding. Our ball screws are made exclusively of stainless steel and are fitted with double nuts to allow fine adjustment of the axial play. Moreover, an optional ogival thread can provide a higher static and dynamic load capacity. Thanks to a large number of options, we can ensure that the ball screw meets your technical and quality needs. The following parameters can be personalized: lubricant (grease, oil, dry lubrication, no lubrication), customized screw ends, shape and external dimensions of the nut and screw, multiple nuts on the same screw, left-hand thread, thread length, specific axial play, special surface treatment, and more.

The Sentry Mesh 6161 is a Software Defined Radio hosting our highly robust MANET waveforms that have been proven in applications from Public Safety to Unmanned Systems and Covert Operations. The MeshUltraTM waveform optimises the use of available channel bandwidth through a token passing technology, which avoids collisions and provides a bound, predictable data packet latency. Rolatube IAM (Integrated Antenna Mast) is a lightweight, man-portable communications mast that integrates a high-efficiency dipole antenna directly into its structure—redefining rapid tactical deployment. Built from Rolatube’s proprietary bistable composite, the IAM unrolls to full height without tools, enabling users to connect and transmit in seconds. Available in 3.5 m and 7 m models, the mast weighs just 1.9 kg and packs down to a 150 mm roll, offering unmatched portability for dismounted operations. Designed for reliable RF performance, the IAM ensures no signal loss when in contact with grounded surfaces. Its embedded omni-directional dipole antenna delivers superior range and VOR communication performance compared to traditional systems. The 3.5 m IAM comes in VHF (30–300 MHz) and UHF (136–470 MHz) variants, each available in four colours, with a top-cap socket for L-Band antenna integration, extending the system’s use to applications such as telemetry, GPS, and aircraft surveillance.
