MPS Microsystems offers a complete range of high precision ball screws for positioning less than 5 µm. Mostly custom-made, these screws ensure smooth and uniform movement resulting from the high precision of their thread, achieved by grinding. Our ball screws are made exclusively of stainless steel and are fitted with double nuts to allow fine adjustment of the axial play. Moreover, an optional ogival thread can provide a higher static and dynamic load capacity. Thanks to a large number of options, we can ensure that the ball screw meets your technical and quality needs. The following parameters can be personalized: lubricant (grease, oil, dry lubrication, no lubrication), customized screw ends, shape and external dimensions of the nut and screw, multiple nuts on the same screw, left-hand thread, thread length, specific axial play, special surface treatment, and more.

Rolatube IAM (Integrated Antenna Mast) is a lightweight, man-portable communications mast that integrates a high-efficiency dipole antenna directly into its structure—redefining rapid tactical deployment. Built from Rolatube’s proprietary bistable composite, the IAM unrolls to full height without tools, enabling users to connect and transmit in seconds. Available in 3.5 m and 7 m models, the mast weighs just 1.9 kg and packs down to a 150 mm roll, offering unmatched portability for dismounted operations. Designed for reliable RF performance, the IAM ensures no signal loss when in contact with grounded surfaces. Its embedded omni-directional dipole antenna delivers superior range and VOR communication performance compared to traditional systems. The 3.5 m IAM comes in VHF (30–300 MHz) and UHF (136–470 MHz) variants, each available in four colours, with a top-cap socket for L-Band antenna integration, extending the system’s use to applications such as telemetry, GPS, and aircraft surveillance. The mast can be handheld, guyed, or elevated via an integrated rigging point, and is engineered to meet MIL-STD-810G, fully maintenance-free, and resistant to water, dust, and UV. The algorithm was designed for control applications and has a high level of health monitoring and instability prevention to ensure stable and reliable data. High-Performance MEMS The Certus Mini range contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Reliability The Certus Mini range has been designed from the ground up for mission-critical control applications where reliability is essential. Built using a safety-oriented real-time operating system, all software is designed and tested to high safety standards with fault-tolerance in mind. L1/L5 Multi Constellation RTK GNSS The Certus Mini D supports L1/L5 dual frequencies, and GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and NavIC constellations. Access to multiple constellations and frequencies provides enhanced accuracy, availability and performance even in difficult environments such as multi-storey urban canyons. The GNSS receiver has 10 mm position accuracy with real-time RTK or post-processed PPK. Dual Antenna Heading The Certus Mini D provides a high accuracy heading solution using two GNSS antennas. The Certus Mini D rapidly and consistently maintains an accurate heading without the need for magnetic calibration and is unaffected by magnetic interference. Additionally, the system can determine heading while stationary. This makes it well-suited to applications where there is limited, or no, positional movement.
