The HXB13 Connectors, featuring expanded beam technology, hermaphroditic connection, rugged construction for field deployment have been designed for harsh environment applications such as military tactical communications, avionics, offshore systems, outside broadcast, mining and plant.

The expanded beam technology uses expanded and collimated beams to couple optical fibers without any contact. It could allow for optics to be used in areas that have been quite restrictive due to presence of damage or contamination at the fiber end. Hermaphroditic connector design enables fast deployment by daisy-chaining multiple cable segments.

The EPL2000 is an all-in-one RU/DU/EPC/application server system that provides seamless outdoor LTE service without network interconnection via backhaul. Portable and deployable in areas inaccessible by vehicles, it is optimized for disaster response and military operations.

Offered in compressed heights less than 2 mm and utilized on pitches as tight as 0.4 mm, they are well suited for high density, board-to-board, battery contact and high frequency applications. Mixed signals and functionality can be designed into a single connector.
