Lethality – Leveraging the lethality functionality from its predecessor, the Bradley A4 consists of full ballistic fire control hosted on a new central processing unit, aided dual-target tracking, automatic gun target adjustment, automatic bore sighting and hunter-killer capabilities. The Bushmaster 25mm cannon fires both explosive and armor piercing rounds, while TOW missiles defeat enemy armor. The 7.62mm coaxial machine gun provides high volume fires at close ranges.

Networkability – Integration of improved computing system assets allows housing of more robust software applications in order to provide improved near real-time networking situational awareness to soldiers on both platform variants.

Supportability – Improvements to on-board diagnostics systems provide increased fault detection and isolation capabilities and added interactive electronic manuals enhance maintenance capability.

The NSP-5 is an all-weather, multimode, Ku-band radar designed to fly on Group 3-4 Unmanned Airborne Systems (UAS). Its low-Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) design means ample room for other onboard sensors, such as Electro-Optical and Infrared (EO/IR) cameras. This means users can understand the bigger picture. The NSP-5 is capable of performing spot and stripmap Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Magnitude Change Detection (MCD), as well as Moving Target Indication (MTI) collections in a variety of maritime and land environments in all weather conditions. This includes smoke, fog and other obscurations where the operators do not have a clear view of the terrain below them. The NSP-5 has a proven track record of reliability and has a recommended maintenance interval of 2,000 hours. Additionally, the modular design makes the NSP-5 easy to integrate onto most platforms.

The Fuel Heater is engine-mounted with fluid connections to both the engine fuel supply system and the engine lube oil system. The heater provides fuel heating for fuel de-icing, using engine lube oil flow during aircraft cold start and cold operation periods. They are designed to separate an incident beam into its S and P polarization components with an average extinction ratio (TP/TS) in excess of 500 : 1. The incident energy is split into two orthogonally polarized beams that emerge at 90。with respect to each other. These coatings were developed specifically for use in high power pulsed and CW laser applications.
