The EPNR1000 is a drone-mounted 5G base station integrating CU-DU-RU, with 5G Core and an IP-PTT application server built in. The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. The operating principle is an automatic control operating system through in/out and on/off the operating range of the hydraulic top bracing according to the rpm of the main engine. The number of hydraulic cylinders per engine is typically 2, 4, 6 depending on the type of engine, up to 8 are installed if necessary, and 1~2 of control panels are installed.
