The algorithm was designed for control applications and has a high level of health monitoring and instability prevention to ensure stable and reliable data. High-Performance MEMS The Certus Mini range contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. Access to multiple constellations and frequencies provides enhanced accuracy, availability and performance even in difficult environments such as multi-storey urban canyons. The GNSS receiver has 10 mm position accuracy with real-time RTK or post-processed PPK. Wing shells, side shells and fuselage sections are usually made of carbon fibre composites and glued together during the production process. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed. A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges. ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.

Honeywell 360 Display for Aviation The aviation version of the display is a wearable visor that uses augmented reality to provide civilian or military pilots with a high-resolution 360-degree view that seamlessly matches the view outside the cockpit. Honeywell 360 Display for Rugged Ground Vehicles Operators of ruggedized vehicles can use the display to safely maneuver in low visibility or hazardous conditions. It improves overall situational awareness, reaction speed and survivability by increasing visibility and reducing the need to consult instruments in the vehicle. The lightweight head-worn display uses real-time outside high-resolution camera feeds to create a seamless mixed-reality view and provides operators sensor information within their immediate field of view.

The SCFAN-CTRL-5U is an internal fan control module installed inside the chassis to manage cooling performance. It integrates with FAN trays and operates through Kontron’s Power Supply Control Module (PSCM) to control up to one 12V @ 3.5A fan and seven 12V @ 2.5A fans. This module ensures efficient thermal management and stable system operation in high-performance VPX-based embedded systems. It is deployed in the M-SAM-II multi-function radar system, providing reliable and optimized cooling control for mission-critical environments.
