The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. Drone Hunter XD is a handheld anti-drone solution that can quickly detect, identify, and track drones, providing swift onsite responses to drone threats within a 360-degree range of over 2km. Drone Hunter XD effectively neutralizes the frequencies of either a single drone or multiple drones approaching the blind spots of a fixed-type jammer, due to its receiving real-time access to information on detected DJI Drones, including S/N, model number, frequency band, azimuth/altitude angle, speed, and location.

Users can utilize and control autonomous drone services, including mission area setting, automatic dispatch instructions, real-time status checks, and return and charging confirmation, through the control program. This allows for the effective collection of various data, including minimizing manpower, improving accuracy, and responding to emergency situations.

From precise control of various optical components(laser/detector/amplifier) & laser beam alignment(QD/FSM), a data rate of 10G can be achieved over distances of several thousand kilometers.

Due to its lightweight nature, TYTO 100 can transmit photos/low-resolution video from Manned and Unmanned Platforms beyond line of sight. TYTO 100 features an all-in-one Certus SFX module and antenna, with power supply. Wi-Fi and Ethernet Connectivity can be easily paired with existing customer devices, and Global Satellite Connectivity can be added. The TYTO 100 can also be used as Standalone mode with built-in Battery.
