The EPNR2000 is a backpack-style, portable base station integrating CU-DU-RU, with a 5G Core and application (IP-PTT) server built in. All 5G network elements are combined into a single unit, allowing it to operate as a standalone base station (IOPS), making it an ideal system for providing communication in areas inaccessible by vehicle, such as disaster sites or military operations.

All units are equipped with a microprocessor-based MPCU controller that manages diagnostics, protection, and optional energy consumption monitoring systems. EAR rectifiers are trusted across ground support zones, hangars, and field operations.

The device consists of a power supply, dedicated Iridium and GNSS antenna, BLE, three configurable inputs/outputs, RS232, and CANbus in an environmentally sealed enclosure. The A-C series is the most lightweight and low profile altitude switch in the Precision Sensors product line. The capsule based sensing element provides repeatable and precise absolute pressure threshold detection by sensing changes in the ambient air pressure compared to an evacuated capsule. The skeletal construction removes the need for bulky pressure fittings.

Typical uses include aircraft cabin air pressure monitoring.
