Model DCL120 Dot Sight is designed and developed specifically for use on .50 caliber (12.7mm) Heavy Machine Guns (HMGs) but not limited to the HMG. This distinctive dot sight adapted the world’s first extra wide lens (170 x 70 mm) which provides accurate shooting in jolting armored vehicles, shaking helicopters and rocking patrol boats with head-up and both eyes open. The R10s is a reconnaissance and surveillance drone capable of conducting up to two hours of mission flight, transmitting real-time information such as target location and scale to the ground control system. Based on the company’s innovative vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platform “Bluebird,” the R10s is equipped with EO/IR optical sensors and a laser range finder for advanced target detection. Upon receiving mission orders, the R10s takes off vertically, transitions to fixed-wing flight, and proceeds to the designated area. Its onboard cameras and sensors identify and track targets, relaying precise coordinates to the ground control system. With modular wing replacement, the R10s can be configured for extended endurance of around two hours or for high-speed maneuverability, ensuring optimal adaptability and mission effectiveness across diverse operational scenarios.

UHF: Haigh-Farr UHF blade antennas provide coverage down to 380 MHz and up to 470 MHz in two unique form factors. Our 6300-X series of blade antennas utilize identical materials and construction as our 60XX & 61XX series blade antennas in the larger blade structure required at UHF-band. Our P/N’s 16230-XXX and 16400-XXX are low profile, mechanically robust designs that can be custom tuned to meet discrete UHF frequencies, with an option to add thermal protection for high temperature environments.

[Cutting by water jet] Micro water jet cutting: The micro water jet enables a refined process to be carried out in precision cutting. This high-precision technology reduces the jet diameter by a factor of 5 and makes water jet cutting more precise by a factor of 10. The micro water jet achieves a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The proven advantages of the cold cutting process remain unchanged. In the pure water process, the cutting width was reduced to 0.2 mm in the abrasive process for hard materials such as nickel-based alloys and titanium. The new technology controls the cutting process and manipulates the cutting path depending on the contour and speed enabling a highly precise cut. Standard waterjet cutting: Water jet cutting is highly efficient and at the same time less severe than other cutting techniques. Low process forces and thermal loads prevent bending or melting. We can cut filigree delicate contours from practically all nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Using our standard process we can cut a range of shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and drawings and achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.2 mm.
