We use specialist sheet/plate shears for high-performance materials and titanium alloys up to a sheet thickness of 12 mm. In addition, the group has one of the largest fully automatic plate saws in Europe. The Behringer type LPS 25-125-6A saw can cut titanium plates up to a size of 2000 x 6000 mm and a thickness of 150 mm according to the customer's requirements. The Pseudo-GNSS system is designed with tightly integrated firmware and hardware. The firmware generates PRN signals based on GNSS orbital data, modulates them to resemble real GNSS signals, and ensures time synchronization in a Master-Slave structure. A user-friendly GUI software enables easy device control. The hardware consists of a power unit, signal transmission unit, and communication unit. The power unit ensures stable supply through low-noise design, while the transmission unit radiates GNSS-like signals indoors. Certus also has a high-accuracy 1PPS and frequency output. Multi Protocol Support Certus Evo features multiple interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS422 and GPIOs. Certus supports all the industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, TSS, PASHR, Simrad as well as a wide variety of proprietary protocols.
