EO/IR Payload System EOTS (Electro-Optical Tracking System) is an electronic optical image tracking device that identifies danger and emergency situations on the battlefield, monitors and tracks tragets, and calculates their coordinates, and is an essential equipment for drones that can be used in both military and private sectors. M1 and M2 were developed to use a common mount that connects to the drone by keeping the size of the gimbal assembly the same at 4 inches. M1 can be recognized at a maximum of 0.2km for humans during the day and at night, and M2, which operates in adverse conditions at night, can be recognized at up to 1.0km for tanks in the form of IR continuous zoom.

Controlled by the crew or the gearbox switch, the VDU processes the selected camera channels, mixes and scales multiple camera information, performs driver assistance and tactical overlays of text and icons, and fi nally routes the selected view data to the respective output for display on the cockpit monitors. Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.
