Our products are used for manufacturing interior design components for civil and military aircraft construction. Sandwich structures are used in many areas of an aircraft (storage compartments, interiors, wings) to reduce weight. In order to structurally strengthen the honeycombs or insert them, they often have to be filled during the production process. Typical materials are one- and two-component epoxy resins with a very high proportion of hollow glass spheres. These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. Lack of reproducibility is just as problematic as the health hazard often posed by these media. The ViscoTec solution: Material is continuously fed to the dosing system by removal from a large container. With the help of a robot or axis system, suitable structures can be mapped reliably. A coordinated overall system delivers a dispensing result according to specification, in which operator interaction is reduced to a minimum.

Rolatube IAM (Integrated Antenna Mast) is a lightweight, man-portable communications mast that integrates a high-efficiency dipole antenna directly into its structure—redefining rapid tactical deployment. Built from Rolatube’s proprietary bistable composite, the IAM unrolls to full height without tools, enabling users to connect and transmit in seconds. Available in 3.5 m and 7 m models, the mast weighs just 1.9 kg and packs down to a 150 mm roll, offering unmatched portability for dismounted operations. Designed for reliable RF performance, the IAM ensures no signal loss when in contact with grounded surfaces. The mast can be handheld, guyed, or elevated via an integrated rigging point, and is engineered to meet MIL-STD-810G, fully maintenance-free, and resistant to water, dust, and UV. With a wind rating of 100 km/h (62 mph) when guyed, the IAM stands up to demanding field environments while delivering high-performance, elevated communications infrastructure at the tactical edge.

Developed and manufactured by MPS Microsystems based on customer specifications, this lens actuator forms an essential component of a laser guidance system for unmanned flying objects. It enables 2 lens groups to be displaced individually over a total range of 48 mm and makes it possible to focus a laser over a distance of several kilometres. The main technical difficulty inherent to this actuator lies in meeting very stringent requirements for alignment between the two lens groups (< 10 µm) and in maintaining a very small tilt of the lenses over their entire stroke (lateral deviation < 2 µm). The key part making it possible to ensure such specifications is a frame machined by milling from an aluminium block, into which the 2 drive systems are fastened. These systems each consist of a Ø16 mm brushless motor and a Ø4 mm ball screw with an axial play of less than 5 µm. Backlash-free and frictionless sliding of the lens holders is ensured by standard L306 linear ball bearings manufactured by MPS Microsystems.

AI Navigation Algorithm Certus features Advanced Navigation’s revolutionary AI neural network sensor fusion algorithm. It was designed for control applications and has a high level of health monitoring and instability prevention to ensure stable and reliable data. High-Performance MEMS Certus contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Dual Antenna RTK GNSS Certus contains a dual frequency RTK GNSS receiver that provides up to 1 cm accuracy positioning and supports all of the current and future satellite navigation systems, including GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BeiDou and QZSS. Dual antenna heading provides high accuracy heading that is not impacted by magnetic interference and has no motion requirements. Time Synchronization Certus contains a GNSS disciplined oscillator that can act as the primary time source within a distributed time system, enabling access to ultra-accurate system time using PTP or NTP network time sync. Certus also has a high-accuracy 1PPS and frequency output. Multi-Protocol Support Certus features multiple interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS422 and GPIOs. Certus supports all the industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, TSS, PASHR, Simrad as well as a wide variety of proprietary protocols. It features a rich web UI and 256GB of internal logging.
