High-Performance MEMS The Certus Mini range contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Reliability The Certus Mini range has been designed from the ground up for mission-critical control applications where reliability is essential. Built using a safety-oriented real-time operating system, all software is designed and tested to high safety standards with fault-tolerance in mind. L1/L5 Multi Constellation RTK GNSS The Certus Mini N supports L1/L5 dual frequencies, and GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and NavIC constellations. Access to multiple constellations and frequencies provides enhanced accuracy, availability and performance even in difficult environments such as multi-storey urban canyons. The GNSS receiver has 10 mm position accuracy with real-time RTK or post-processed PPK. Extensive Interoperability Certus Mini seamlessly communicates with a wide range of industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183 and CANOpen making it easy to integrate into existing systems. Our first drone design, the ZenaDrone 1000, is an intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle that incorporates machine learning software and artificial intelligence. The I-TRAC was developed as a personal identification marker, to provide both infrared and overt lighting. This multi-LED portable infrared/visible strobe light was designed to mount onto helmets, webbing, or any hook and loop surface. For use as an Identification-Friend-or-Foe (IFF) or Every-Day Carry (EDC) safety identification.

Liquid Measurement System (LMS) capacitance AC and DC fuel gauging probes use lightweight and durable carbon composite materials. In addition to being some of the lightest fuel probes in the industry, they are also virtually immune to corrosion, cracking, dents, and extreme field conditions. Our capacitance probes are inherently crash resistance by collapsing onto itself during hard impact landings to avoid tank penetration and fuel leaks. All electrical connections on the probe are bonded, and there is no friction or riveted electrical connections.

This rocket nozzle featuring conformal cooling channels and isogrid ribbing was manufactured using EOS Copper CuCP, a pure copper material optimized for additive manufacturing. The production required approximately 72 hours, taking advantage of the exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity of pure copper to meet demanding aerospace performance requirements. As one of the few companies in Korea capable of performing metal additive manufacturing with pure copper, we provide advanced technical expertise and support OEM production as well as collaborative technology development projects with various industrial partners. The showcased component was designed by nTopology and demonstrates the synergy of advanced design optimization with state-of-the-art copper additive manufacturing.
