Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. Poongsan has been producing a variety of copper and copper alloy plates, ranging from copper products for everyday life to high-tech industrial materials. These copper and copper alloy plates, which are recognized as high-quality materials at home and abroad, are representative industrial basic materials that are widely used in all industrial fields, including automobiles, electrical and electronics, semiconductors, communications, construction, and machinery. Poongsan has various casting facilities, including the world's largest shaft furnace, a hot mill capable of continuously rolling 6-ton slabs, a tandem mill, and a 20-stage cold rolling mill, as well as various hot and cold rolling facilities and heat treatment furnaces. We are building a large-scale integrated production system from the casting process to finishing processes such as cutting and packaging. The MD70MH-DroneCAN is an 11.6mm, metal gear, 13-gram micro servo for higher voltage applications. Featuring a single output ball bearing, cored brush motor, and magnetic rotary encoder, the MD70MH-DroneCAN is often used in compact fixed wing UAV and drone applications where space and weight are mission critical concerns. We developed and optimized an object detection and tracking solution tailored for edge environments using Intel Atom platforms with OpenVINO. The system combines MobileNetV3-SSDLite for detection and MobileNetV3-Small for tracking, enabling efficient real-time performance on resource-constrained devices. Through model optimization and inference acceleration, we achieved over 2x improvement in FPS and more than 50% enhancement in inference speed, all while maintaining detection and tracking accuracy.
