DIVE (Digital Interactive Virtual Environment) is a GIS-based smart construction management platform jointly developed by ZYX Technology and Korea Expressway Corporation. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blade is a direct replacement for Bell 206A and 206B series helicopter tail rotor blades. Now fitted with a new style of feathering bearings manufactured by KAMATICS. These bearings provide a longer life expectancy, with a patented lining that provides lighter pedal loads and a higher level of chemical resistance, compared to that of the standard fabric Teflon-lined bearings. The AMT-206-1 tail rotor blade has a non-symmetrical airfoil section and incorporates a swept tip. The T/R Blade is primarily fabricated from uni-directional Graphite (carbon fiber) and Aramid (Kevlar™) continuous fibers suspended in an epoxy matrix and is fitted with a nickel abrasion strip on the leading edge. The abrasion strip is bonded on using a urethane adhesive. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blades have a 30% cost advantage, twice the lifespan, higher strength and thrust, and a substantial noise reduction, making them safer and ideal for helicopter operators flying in noise-sensitive areas like national parks and built-up areas.

The Haigh-Farr family of rugged Blade antennas is available in frequencies ranging from UHF to upper C-band. Since 1972, our blade antennas have a demonstrated reliability of use in high-performance airborne applications. In addition, they are used extensively in ground-based vehicles such as race cars, trucks, tanks, and motorcycles, to name a few. 60XX & 61XX Series: Our 60XX & 61XX Series blade antennas have quasi-uniform null-free hemispherical gain patterns and may be provided in either straight or rounded blade configurations. 60XX and 61XX Series blade antennas are available in standard and high powered versions. With sufficient airflow, our standard blades handle an average power of 25 - 30W CW and our High Powered blades can handle an average power of 80W CW. These blade antennas share a common footprint with varying height. Multiband: Haigh-Farr Multiband blade antennas utilize identical materials and construction as our 60XX & 61XX series blade antennas with additional bandwidth. UHF: Haigh-Farr UHF blade antennas provide coverage down to 380 MHz and up to 470 MHz in two unique form factors. Our 6300-X series of blade antennas utilize identical materials and construction as our 60XX & 61XX series blade antennas in the larger blade structure required at UHF-band. Our P/N’s 16230-XXX and 16400-XXX are low profile, mechanically robust designs that can be custom tuned to meet discrete UHF frequencies, with an option to add thermal protection for high temperature environments.

Ultra-High Accuracy MEMS Motus features some of the highest accuracy MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes currently available. Motus’s inertial performance exceeds some FOG IMUs and is up to 100x smaller and 10x cheaper. Motus is put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive calibration process to provide consistently accurate data over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Miniature Package Never before has such high inertial performance been available in such a small package. Motus consumes just over 1 cubic inch in volume and weighs only 26 grams. This makes it ideal for weight and size sensitive applications. Motus is available in an OEM package suitable for integration into larger products or an enclosed package for external and standalone use. Advanced Signal Processing Motus samples its sensors synchronously at 1000Hz through six individual 24-bit differential ADCs which minimizes noise as well as providing optimal thermal calibration and performance characteristics. 14 separate heavily filtered regulated power supplies ensure that each sensor and ADC is operating off the cleanest possible power supply. Reliability Motus has been designed from the ground up for mission critical control applications where reliability is very important. It is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance in mind. The hardware is designed and manufactured to mil standards. High Update Rate Motus outputs temperature calibrated sensor data at 1000Hz as well as filtered attitude at the same rate. This allows for control of dynamically unstable platforms.

Combined laser scan/video scope technology for gun barrel inspection, superior measuring results: With the RIB 4D, Kappa presents a new, high-performance system for large-caliber weapon barrel inspection designed for troops evaluating actual and post-firing status and calculating remaining service life. 3D Laser Scanner and 360° Videos: Within the completely newly designed RIB 4D measuring head, the entire bandwidth of the newest image-generating technology for seamless, complete barrel inspection is used. A supersensitive laser scan generates a detail-rich point cloud. In addition, 8 CMOS sensors provide the viewer with brilliant 360° videos of the barrel’s interior surfaces. The highly precise barrel digitization offers a comprehensive data basis for secure assessment of a barrel interior’s condition. Keeping it simple: only one operator required Simple handling means that just one person can operate the entire system. Independent of the operator, the automatic system delivers clear and reproducible measurement results. The barrel digitization is the reliable data basis for the subsequent location-independant assessment of the barrel condition. The compact system is designed for versatile use. One system for multiple barrel types and diameters RIB 4D is made for smooth and rifled barrels. With adapter rings, the system can easily be used for different calibers. The current RIB 4D version covers the range from 120 mm to 155 mm. Another version for smaller diameters is in preparation. Ultra-fast fully-automated barrel digitization (< 30 min.) The RIB 4D completes the entire high-resolution and precise measurement of the inside of the gun barrel sensationally fast in under 30 minutes (example Leopard 2), which speeds up and largely automates maintenance for system users and thus simplifies it to a great extent. Interactive Software for Reliable Assessment: The extensive data of the inspected surface is analyzed in the user-friendly application software and can be documented and evaluated as a report according to the service regulation TDv018. The interactive interface supports the detection and measurement of critical damaged areas and the final evaluation of the barrel condition and the determination of the remaining service life. Digitization of the inner barrel surface and precise measurement of damaged areas: The analysis covers erosion, corrosion, damage to the chrome coating including diameter measurement of the fields and lands and groves on rifled barrels. Complete solution all-in-one: The non-contact RIB 4B inspection system consists of the sensor head, the drive unit, the container with the drive chain, the server, the analysis laptop and extensive accessories. In the first step, the pipe is completely digitized on site with RIB 4D. Based on the data, the subsequent analysis can be carried out in the software independent of location. The noxRIB4D software offers two analysis screens, the Heat Map and the Intensity Map, for precise damage analysis. Finally, the analysis results are reported in Excel or TDv018 with evaluation of the barrel condition. COTS product: Direct market availability RIB 4D for 120 mm and 155 mm. Other diameter sizes with minor adjustments without new development.
