The SWIFT-EI is the world’s first SWIR detector to feature a state-of-the-art read-out integrated circuit (ROIC), enabling low size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C). It supports VGA image format for SWIR imaging, multi-spot ALPD (asynchronous laser pulse detection), and a rapid imaging frame rate of up to 1,600 frames per second. The revolutionary ROIC introduces an independent neuromorphic imaging stream for event detection, which greatly expands capabilities in target detection and classification. The system is designed to maximise installation flexibility, through optional power and diagnostics data over RF (permitting the use of a single cable), and a highly reconfigurable baseplate to allow the mounting holes and connector type/ position to be tailored to the target platform. Use of Chelton’s established and field-tested GNSS Anti-Jam core firmware provides a high degree of protection against complex threat scenarios and in highly dynamic environments. A software definable core allows future upgradeable ‘Signal Intelligence Apps’ to be hosted, providing the user with situational awareness of the battlefield environment and allows feedback into mission planning activities.

Engine Start Begins with ATS. The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start. Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems. In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

Temperature Calibrated Pressure Sensors The Air Data Unit features very high accuracy absolute and differential pressure sensors. These are factory calibrated over a wide temperature range to further increase measurement accuracy and provide the best air data possible through varying conditions. Power Up Self-Calibration On top of factory temperature calibration, every time the air data unit powers up, it performs a self excitation calibration to adjust for small deviations of bias and scaling error. This allows the system to compensate for calibration aging and means that it never needs to be returned to the factory for recalibration. Reliability The Air Data Unit is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance. Its communication interface is optically isolated and the hardware is designed and tested to MIL spec.

A VGA (640×480) LWIR (8–12 µm) uncooled micro-bolometer module with 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD ≤ 50 mK, paired with an F1.0, 10.7 mm EFL lens delivering H42° / V31.5° / D52.5° FOV. It streams at 30 Hz in either UVC (USB-C, 5 V) or GMSL1 (FAKRA, 12 V), with power consumption < 1.9 W. The compact, lightweight housing (30×30×58.9 mm for UVC; 30×30×70.9 mm with FAKRA for GMSL1; IP65; −40 °C to 85 °C) makes it well-suited for autonomous vehicles, UAVs, and security systems, providing reliable day/night thermal perception of pedestrians, animals, and objects in adverse weather.
