This unit(SOU) supplies sealing oil to prevent mixing of hydraulic oil and liquefied methanol gas inside of FBIV(Fuel Booster Injection Valve) when the main engine operates. SOU is divided into large bore main engine(60 bore over) and small bore main engine(50 bore below) type by the number of membrane accumulator. The main components consist of an oil tank, an electric motor, a hydraulic gear pump, an oil filter, a control block, accumulators, and various senses, transmitters and indicators.

With a peak torque of >200Nm / 1770 lbf-in and a rated torque of 80Nm / 708 lbf-in, the fully redundant DA 58-D is the strongest, electromechanical, fully integrated (actuator control electronics, position sensing, motor and drivetrain in one housing) actuator in the market. Besides the well-proven redundant RS 485 interface, the DA 58-D also features a redundant CAN bus interface. The DA 58-D has been developed for applications with the highest reliability demands. The redundant – two channel – design of the actuator allows continuous operation even if one of the two channels has failed. All major components such as the electric motors, control and communication electronics, and power supply are available twice (redundant). The actuator features a triple-redundant position sensor (2 out of 3 voting). Additionally there are several sensors integrated to provide diagnostic information such as current consumption, supply voltage levels and temperature readings. All major components of the actuator are continuously diagnosed by the microcontrollers of the actuator and its health status can be read via the redundant RS485 / CAN interface.

The Fibre Channel D-sub connector series features a multi-finger ground spring fixed around the shell provides a multi-point contact engagement that affords superior EMI shielding. The end result is extremely low contact resistance when measured from the contact outer body to the connector flange. The Fibre Channel D-Sub series also delivers superior performance ensuring minimal RF noise and high durability up to 1,000 mating cycles, while meeting and surpassing all requirements of MIL-STD-202 for shock and vibration. To ensure that the correct high speed connectors are mated to address specific wiring requirements and keying functions, a keyed jack post option has been incorporated into the design. The six-positioned post allows for 36 possible keying combinations assuring that the correct Fibre Channel D-Sub plug is mated to the correct high speed receptacle. Non-keyed jack post versions are available as well. Fibre Channel D-Sub connectors feature size 3 quadrax contacts which are 30% larger than the size 9 configuration utilized in the 100 Ohm quadrax, ensuring a matched impedance signal throughout the contact mated pair at 150 Ohm differential impedance.
