Our first drone design, the ZenaDrone 1000, is an intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle that incorporates machine learning software and artificial intelligence. It was originally created to revolutionize the farming sector, and has evolved into a multifunctional heavy-lift drone for different industries. The ZenaDrone 1000 comprises innovative software technology, compact hardware components and customizable functionalities designed for industrial uses in construction, agriculture, surveillance, military applications search and rescue, and environmental inspection. The EPNR1000 is a drone-mounted 5G base station integrating CU-DU-RU, with 5G Core and an IP-PTT application server built in. All 5G network elements are combined into a single unit, allowing standalone operation (IOPS). Mounted on a drone, it can provide line-of-sight coverage over obstacles like buildings or mountains, making it an ideal system for delivering 5G services over wide areas during disasters or military operations.

It is a system that performs missions such as monitoring, surveillance and reconnaissance by ejecting and launching a foldable fixed-wing drone from the canister(tube) launcher. It is equipped with EO/IR Cameras (Electro-Optical / Infra-Red), which are mission equipment for reconnaissance, so that effective day and night image information can be collected. The gathered image information is transmitted to the ground control system (GCS) in real time while detecting and tracking the target by applying AI-based image processing technology. The foldable fixed-wing UAV has a simple structure and light weight, so it can be stored and transported in the canister launcher, and can be operated immediately so that it can be operated without time delay, and if necessary, the air vehicle can be retrieved and re-used by using a net-type recovery system.

The KX1-3046 is an X-band high-power MMIC amplifier fabricated on the GaN-on-SiC process. It operates from 8.0 – 10.5 GHz and typically provides 30W saturated output power with power-added efficiency of 46%. The KX1-3046 can support military and commercial radar systems. It is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both RF input and output ports. The KX1-3046 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer.
