MPS Microsystems is specialized in manufacturing high-precision, miniature linear bearings. We offer a comprehensive range of exceptionally smooth bearings with bore diameters from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm. The balls of these precision bearings meet ‘Grade 3’, the highest quality defined by the ISO 3290/DIN 5401 standard. Combined with a cage and a high precision casing, they allow rapid positioning while reducing friction and eliminating the stick-slip effect. The standard version of MPS Microsystems linear bearings consists of a stainless steel bushing and balls, and a brass cage. An all-stainless steel version or one with ceramic balls can be made on request.

Plane Windows are used as substrates for a variety of applications, such as laser window, output couplers, beamsplitters, beam combiners, mirrors, dichroic filters and plate polarizers. Considerations in selecting window substrates include transmission range, absorption coefficient, incident laser power density and environmental factors such as pressure, temperature, moisture, abrasion and corrosion. Plane Windows listed under UV / VIS / NIR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths 193nm ≤ λ〈2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in mm. Plane Windows listed under IR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths λ≥ 2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in inches. The SC-DSPRTM, a Seedcore Co., Ltd representative product, is a backplane transmission module that performs the I/O function of the DSP282A. When the DSP282A board is plugged into the motherboard(Backplane) in front of the Chassis, you can extend the I/O function of the board by plugging the SC-DSPRTM board into the back of the Backplane. The DSP282A board consists of two computing nodes. To support this, Ethernet, USB, MMCX, and mini-HDMI ports are allocated to each node, and synchronization signal input ports can also be used simultaneously on both nodes.
