This rocket nozzle featuring conformal cooling channels and isogrid ribbing was manufactured using EOS Copper CuCP, a pure copper material optimized for additive manufacturing. The production required approximately 72 hours, taking advantage of the exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity of pure copper to meet demanding aerospace performance requirements. As one of the few companies in Korea capable of performing metal additive manufacturing with pure copper, we provide advanced technical expertise and support OEM production as well as collaborative technology development projects with various industrial partners. The showcased component was designed by nTopology and demonstrates the synergy of advanced design optimization with state-of-the-art copper additive manufacturing.

The NSP-2 is designed for integration on Modular-Payload (MP) compliant Unmanned Airborne Systems (UAS), and each unit undergoes thorough testing to ensure its reliability. Instead of a mechanical gimbal that requires regular maintenance, IMSAR’s NSP-2 uses an innovative 2D Electronically-Scanned Array (ESA) antenna to enable quick scanning in both azimuth and elevation. The NSP-2 works in the Ku-band using multiple modes, such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging, Magnitude Change Detection (MCD), and Ground and Maritime Moving Target Indication (MTI) at low altitudes.

We recently launched our second commercial drone, the ZenaDrone IQ Square. The ZenaDrone IQ Square is a micro drone designed primarily for indoor use. It has autonomous inspection and monitoring functions and can self-regulate through integrated multiple sensors, cameras, and interconnectivity conduits. This drone has a sleeker, more portable design with superior video transmission and sensing systems for reliable aerial visual data.
