These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. The Transmit/Receive Module splits 2 transmit input channels into 32 output channels. Each channel delivers an output power of at least 3.2 W with a transmit efficiency of 35.5% or higher. It features independent phase control for each transmit channel. On the receive side, 32 input channels are combined into two output channels. The total receive gain is 34 dB or greater, and each channel supports individual gain and phase control. The noise figure is 3.5 dB or lower per channel. Built-in monitoring functions include internal temperature monitoring and output signal monitoring.
